Dr. R. L. Kashyap is a Professor Emeritus of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University, Lafayette, Indiana. He is a Gordan McKay Prize fellow from Harvard University. His doctoral work 'Ho-Kashyap Algorithms' and research in Transactions on Pattern Analyses and Machine Intelligence are very famous and already found a place in Physics and Engineering Text Books. He was born and educated in India for 25 years, then spent 35 years in USA in research and teaching. After coming back to India in 1997 he was doing research, practicing Vedic mantras and contemplating on the essence of Veda. Dr. Kashyap has now come out with the complete translation of all the Veda Samhitas in 26 volumes.
